What is the job about?

You will join our global Packaging Development Team within our Research & Development unit in Székesfehérvár, Hungary. You will get to work with numerous skilled and dedicated colleagues in Hungary, Denmark and China. We work with an Agile mindset where teams are stable, work autonomously and are empowered.

Your role in the team will be to develop graphical designs for our corrugated packaging solutions.

Your main responsibilities :

• Design graphics, including creating and assembling product photos, illustrations, labels, etc., for our corrugated packaging solutions, in accordance with our packaging and branding standards.

• Collaborate and test solutions with suppliers.

• Assist with the collection of graphic-related requirements for development and maintenance tasks.

• Facilitate/support the transfer of products to the full value chain.

• Work closely with/support senior/lead specialists within the professional area.

• Provide substance and content within own professional area.

• Ensure knowledge-sharing.

• Deliver to product development projects.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

• A bachelor or master in graphic design or in light industry engineering, with a specialization in design, combined with 5-8 years experience in corrugated cardboard design/production.

• Knowledge of corrugated carboard production and related printing technologies such as: Flexo post- and preprint, offset and digital print.

• Knowledge of label production and related printing technologies.

• Knowledge of how materials react to print/ink and UV.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.

• You dare to challenge and expose problems, and you propose solutions to handle it.

• You are proactive and take the responsibility to coordinate with those you depend on.
