Peopleready located in Syracuse, NY is looking for a full time Staffing Specialist

Responsibilities -Customer Service -Operate multiple computer systems such as Applicant Tracking System(ATS), JobStack(staffing app), text alert system and more -Take inbound orders from new and existing customers and enter them in to system -Help grow the business by contacting customers and upselling, generating repeat sales, price quoting, resolving customer problems and escalating concerns -Recruit new applicants -Match applicants with open positions -Outbound calls -Process payroll

Requirements -High school diploma, associates degree preferred -Valid Driver's License -Customer service and/or sales experience -Communication skills -Basic Microsoft Office

Hours Monday - Friday 9:00am -5:30pm, on call every other Saturday

Wage $17.25 per hour
