Senior Product Manager at Hidden Level

As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for charting and executing the course for delivering a world-class RF sensor to multiple markets and a broad user-base.

As a Senior Product Manager at Hidden Level, you can expect to...

Develop and Maintain a Product Roadmap throughout the Product Life-Cycle :

• Develop a collaborative long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area and drive the execution of that vision

• Form strong relationships across the organization to ensure an aligned and cohesive family of products

• Gather and analyze product and performance metrics, user feedback, program requirements, and technicalobjectivesto inform product development priority

• Research and understand competitor products and customer needs to drive differentiation and competitive advantage

• Serve as a bridge between technical and business objectivesby taking an active role in the authorship of proposals and requests for information

Manage the execution of Product Development objectives :

• Lead the day-to-day developmentefforts of cross-functional engineering teams to deliver technical requirements on-time and within budget

• Develop and maintain schedules and coordinate resources to meet objectives

• Facilitate the removal of barriers, the coordination of dependencies, and the management of risk

• Communicate routine product status, risk assessments, and issues while quickly adapting to new challenges and opportunities

• Track and ensure product compliancewith regulations and requirements related to export, IP-protection, cyber-security, FCC authorization, environmental hardening, and similar considerations

A successful candidate may have...

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering or other relevant technical or management degree

• 10or moreyears of combinedrelated industry experience

• 3 or more years ofprogressive technical project or product management with a proven track record of supporting high-performing teams

• Outstanding written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with a talent for succinctly articulating status, risks, challenges, and successes

• Comfortspeaking publicly and directly to customers about Hidden Level Products

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions

• High emotional intelligence and comfort with autonomy and responsibility

• A willingness to travel up to 20%

• Experience with communications, radar, or similar sensor systems strongly preferred

The location of this position may be remote, hybrid, or onsite in the Syracuse, NY office.

Salary at Hidden Level Inc. is market competitive and determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The anticipated salary range for this position based out of Syracuse, NY is estimated at $140,000 to $180,000 annually. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Hidden Level Inc.'s total compensation package for employees.
