Coordinated Care Services Inc (CCSI) (https://positions.paylocity.com/PositionManagement/wizard/2033530) is seeking an experiencedSenior Consultant, Research and Evaluationto lead the delivery of essential business services to our provider organizations and clients. As theSenior Consultant, Research and Evaluation, you will spearhead projects and foster relationships with clients, leveraging both qualitative and quantitative data to enhance the quality, value, and effectiveness of programs and services. This pivotal role operates within a framework centered on the social determinants of health and health equity. Key attributes include extensive experience in data evaluation, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion) evaluation, and project management, alongside a commitment to continuous learning to stay abreast of this evolving field.

Working alongside CCSI Consulting Services team, which offers a comprehensive suite of technical assistance services encompassing practice transformation, strategic analytics, performance improvement, and implementation support, you will be at the forefront of navigating the shifting landscape of publicly funded healthcare delivery. TheSenior Consultant, Research and Evaluation, role demands a shift towards person-centered, culturally competent, trauma-informed, and recovery-focused practices, with a strong emphasis on integrating physical and behavioral health services effectively.

In this role, you will be

  • Serving as Project Lead, Subject Matter Expert, and/or Customer Relationship Manager for projects within CCSI’s Research and Evaluation business area.

  • Framing issues for analysis, interpreting data, and communicating key findings to customers and funders to support performance management and quality improvement initiatives;

  • Performing custom analysis and sharing findings that are understandable and actionable; skilled in using data to tell a story;

  • Developing data visualization tools, with Key Performance Indicators, staying abreast of visualization trends, and/or leading project teams to perform these functions

  • Performing complex components/tasks for large projects; Serves as lead for key and high visibility projects. Ensures delivery of data analytic services by established timeline and budget parameters through leading projects and project teams.

  • Collaborating with staff with and across CCSI service lines, and other experts to develop and use multi-disciplinary solutions to meet complex customer needs, integrating work in the areas of data analytics, evaluation, and quality improvement.

  • Developing or delegating process documentation to support consistent workflows and approaches that ensure quality and efficiency;

  • Staying abreast of advances in the field through review of professional journals and publications, participating in other industry forums and professional networks, and sharing advances in knowledge with team members.

  • Advancing CCSI’s presence as a subject-matter resource by initiating and contributing to scholarly publications and/or by presenting at conferences and meetings.

  • Reviewing work, mentoring, and providing guidance, as needed, to other team members.

  • Appling general knowledge of principles and concepts in the field(s) of specialization as they apply to projects and initiatives.

  • Making significant contributions to proposal development and other business development efforts aimed at expanding CCSI services to current and new customers.

  • Fulfilling other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

  • MSW, MPA, MPH, PhD (advanced degree in a related field preferred) plus 5 years of experience leading related projects in healthcare, behavioral health, public health, or related field, or equivalent education and work experience (seeCCSI's equivalency chart (https://www.ccsi.org/CCSI/media/pdfs/Equivalency-chart.pdf) .

  • Demonstrated experience with group and process facilitation.

Additional Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to take the lead in multiple projects and effectively balance competing priorities.

  • Excellent customer engagement skills, including the ability to assess needs, resolve problems, and manage expectations.

  • Passionate about advancing data literacy – able to lead internal and external customers in exploring, understanding, and communicating with data in a meaningful way.

  • Solid interpersonal skills/ability to build relationships with internal and external team members.

  • Experience meeting evaluation requirements for population health initiatives.

  • High degree of comfort with standard software packages, including Excel and PowerPoint. Aptitude for and interest in mastering new tools/systems as needed (e.g., analytic packages for qualitative data, web-based survey software, data analysis tools, including BI query, etc.).

  • Familiarity with social media and understanding of its application for addressing public health-related problems.

  • Able to work both independently and as lead a project in a team.

Salary Description

$73,000 - $79,040 annually
