You will be integral to our production process, ensuring all products meet our high standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Duties/Responsibilities:Efficiently execute assigned production tasks, including grinding, set-out, passivation, secondary forming of parts, color coding, batch stress relief, shot blast/peening, sorting, deburring, and packing at the machine.Execute the post-primary task as assigned and directed by the Production Team Area Lead and/or Production Team Leader.Ensure all products meet high standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Execute lot separation.Notify the Production Team Area Lead or Production Team Leader when conditions with the parts and/or the resource change.Perform area housekeeping once the operation is complete.Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities: Basic computer skills required, including Microsoft Office, email composition and other communication/collaborative tools.Education and Experience:Over 3 months in a manufacturing environment.High School Diploma or GED.Benefits:Benefits include health, dental & life insurance, available the first of the month following date of hire. 401K (with match) is available January 1st or July 1st after 6 months of service.
