Pomeroy College of Nursing at Crouse Hospital is currently hiring a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) for a medical/surgical nursing faculty position. The faculty position is based on a 10-month appointment. The faculty responsibilities include providing instruction for nursing students in the classroom, laboratory and/or clinical settings. Faculty members are expected to provide support and guidance for students in each of these settings, including formative and summative student feedback based upon course learning outcomes. Faculty members are expected to maintain prescribed faculty workload, including participation in College committees.
Salary Range: $85,000 to $106,000 / year
Schedule: Full-Time, including day and evening hours.

Participation in professional organization, continued education, course meetings college committees
Requirements:
Graduate from an accredited nursing degree program.
Currently licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in New York State.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
Master’s degree in Nursing preferred, or must be enrolled in a Master's degree nursing program with degree completion plan in place upon hire.
Must have Basic Life Support (BLS) at the time of hire or within four (4) weeks after hire.
Minimum of three (3) years of full-time or its equivalent in clinical nursing experience in the assigned area of responsibility.
