Job Summary:

Duties include but are not limited to: Answering telephones, filing, copying, etc. and complete other duties as assigned. "The Ambassador Program's mission is to provide outstanding customer service to all patients, family members, visitors and staff at Nappi Wellness Institute. Greet patients, families and visitors as they enter Nappi Wellness Institute and issue visitor badges/hard badges in a courteous manner." Must be able to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks effectively in a timely and accurate manner and function under stressful situations. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills are necessary. Escort pts in wheelchairs to their appointment

Minimum Qualifications:

For consideration for this title, you must meet the following minimum qualifications:

One year full-time clerical, secretarial or patient care experience in a healthcare setting.

Work Days:

Schedule based on a 40 hour work week. Rotating shifts, hours may fluctuate between 7:00am-7:00pm. Weekends and holidays may be included based on operational needs. Located in the Nappi Wellness Institute.
