POSITION SUMMARY:

Distributes facility medical gas cylinder inventory and unit par levels to department floors. Collaborates with Facility Coordinators to conduct annual audit of medical gas cylinders. Conducts inspections of facility equipment. Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE, CERTIFICATION AND LICENSURE:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Participates in orientation and continuing education and updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise.

SPECIAL EQUIPMENT, SKILLS, OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability.

Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.

Must be able to walk continuously throughout entire shift.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND HAZARDS:

Office and clinical setting. Exposure class I. Routine or potential exposure to blood, body fluids, excretions, or secretions.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Medium work: Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, push and pull. Stand and walk for long periods of time.

WORK CONTACT GROUP:

All services, employees, medical staff, patients, visitors, vendors, various regulatory and professional agencies.

Pay Range: $16.70 - $24.20

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
