Customer Service RepresentativePay: $18-$20 per hour | Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM Join a well respected team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll be the key link between clients and the production team, ensuring smooth communication and superior service. Your role involves providing timely updates on order status, addressing inquiries, and actively gathering customer feedback to improve service. You’ll attend daily production meetings to stay updated on order progress and collaborate closely with sales and production to resolve any issues and strengthen client relationships.Key Responsibilities:Serve as the customer advocate, proactively tracking and communicating order updatesRespond swiftly to customer inquiries about order status, pricing, and deliveryMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedbackSupport outside sales with up-to-date information on customer orders and needsConduct monthly customer surveys and help transition new clientsRequirements:Associate’s degree or 5+ years of customer service experienceStrong multitasking and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills, with a positive and proactive approachFamiliarity with customer service software and handling high call volumesWillingness to work overtime as neededFor immediate consideration, submit your resume to jobs@cpsrecruiter.com.
