Otis is growing, and we are recruiting an Otisline Response Representative to work within our Otisline Contact Center team on a 12-month Fixed-Term contract role based in Sydney CBD.

The shift days & hours of work will be

  • Saturday - Start time 7.30 pm & end time 730am (Sunday morning)

  • Sunday -Start time 7.30 pm & end time 730am (Monday morning)

You will be the primary interface between our internal and external customers. Based in our Sydney CBD office, you will have the flexibility and ability to upskill in other areas of the customer service center.

On a typical day you will

  • Receive and manage emergency breakdown calls.

  • Ensure the efficient receipt, handling, and dispatching of customer calls and inquiries.

  • Manage all customer and mechanic questions promptly and efficiently and enter and maintain all data received from service calls and field technicians into a web-based application.

  • Ensure the efficient receipt, handling, and dispatching of customer calls and inquiries.

  • Monitor and coordinate service calls to Lifts, Escalators and Travellators registering fault conditions.

  • Liaise with Field Management to expedite service calls or when a customer is trapped in Otis-maintained equipment.

  • Communicate frequently with building owners/supervisors, members of the public, the Service Operations Manager, State Operations staff, and all members of the Otisline team.

What you will need to be successful

  • Previous experience with a customer facing or call center job will be preferred.

  • Passionate about providing excellent customer service

  • Have good written and verbal communication skills

  • Is a team-player and able to work under pressure to deliver business commitments.
