The opportunity

A unique opportunity has arisen for a for a Senior Supply chain Analyst to join our company in a contract position for 10 to 11 months. This role can either be full time or part time 4 days a week.

This role is responsible for monitoring the supply chain spend across APAC, working with logistics and planning data to ensure transparency and visibility across spend and reporting of key supply chain metrics.

This person will oversee the sales and operation planning (S&OP) process across APAC, preparing the slide deck for the cluster S&OP and attending the market S&OP meetings to ensure alignment.

The role will also support Supply Chain management team on projects, budgeting process and CI initiatives.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Collate and load the Rolling forecast for APAC markets

  • Lead APAC cluster S&OP monthly meetings

  • Coordinate risks and opportunities tracker

  • Prepare logistics slides for market S&OP’s

  • Preparation of logistics budget and regular logistics reporting (e.g. LBE) and gap analysis when spend is not according to plan

  • Reconcile logistics spend monthly through analysis of TCC data

  • Collate and lead supply chain reporting across APAC (including development of new SAP BI reports where required)

  • Be the subject Matter Expert for troubleshooting and maintenance of local dashboards and reporting already built

  • Process Improvement projects as they arise

  • Provide analytical support for working capital optimisation, cost transparency and product profitability

  • Provide analytical support for warehousing and supply network design

  • Process improvement across tenders, change management and supply constraint reporting

Your experience and qualifications

  • 4-5 years of experience in inventory management and/or supply chain analysis across multinational supply chains

  • •Experience with international freight movements

  • Experience with Qlik dashboards an advantage

  • ERP experience (SAP and SAP BI)

  • Advanced Excel skills.

  • Good communication skills verbal and written

  • Good presentation skills

  • Strong stakeholder management skills (for S&OP, launches and constraint resolution)
