Rare opportunity for a Property Manager to take on a diverse portfolio across Industrial, Retail and Commercial, working on a large national client account. You will be driven to maximise the performance of your NSW property portfolio by working with owners, landlords and investors.

The role:

  • To maintain close liaison with the owner, occupiers and operational personnel to ensure proper control and service delivery on a day-to-day basis.

  • To implement orderly lease administration and financial management procedures and overall reporting including accurate accounting.

  • To position and protect the investment performance of the property assets.

  • Demonstrate support for company policies and procedures and work effectively your colleagues and team members.

  • Responsible to deliver property management services including tenant liaison, lease administration and occupancy issues

  • Monitor financial transactions and prepare detailed monthly reports to the client.

  • Prepare an annual business strategy plan on all aspects of the management to the client

  • Assist in the administration of all liaises to ensure compliance by owners and tenants

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License

  • A property related qualification and proven experience in property management working with large property portfolios or assets consisting of office, retail and/or industrial assets

  • Strong experience within lease administration and renewal negotiations

  • Current NSW drivers license and vehicle

  • A customer focused approach and the ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders

  • Excellent time management and organisation skills with the ability to manage multiple projects within tight time frames
