About the Role

As a Marketing Executive, you'll manage daily marketing activities, own community and content, and communicate with customers using brand-specific language and tones.

Reporting to our Campaign Manager & Team Lead, you will work closely with the Marketing Executive Leader, the Marketing Operations Team, Marketing Managers, Brands Managers and Event Directors.

You will wear many hats, and will perform with agility and excel in prioritisation of a broad range of responsibilities including delivering multiple projects and deadlines across various events and industries

This is a permanent full-time role based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

• Planning, developing, and implementing effective marketing communication campaigns

• Designing, executing, and monitoring social media campaigns

• Taking ownership of assigned communities and driving target customer engagement on all agreed channels

• Writing copy for marketing collateral, including social, email, and website

• Working closely with Brand Managers to achieve maximum effectiveness at all levels of the marketing funnel

• Collaborating with external stakeholders and partners to drive customer engagement and brand awareness

• Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget and undertaking ongoing analysis of marketing campaigns

• Being a brand custodian for the event, ensuring quality application of brand identity across all customer touch points

Requirements

• Marketing (or similar) qualification with minimum 2 years in a similar role.

• Possess excellent project management and organizational skills

• Core skills in social media management, website management, email campaign planning/ creation/ management and SMS campaigns.

• Be able to demonstrate an understanding of the sales/marketing/purchasing funnel

• Be passionate about creating opportunities for self-development

• Have an entrepreneurial spirit in demonstrating the RX company values NIMBLE

• Proactive, eager to learn and multi-task.
