Come join us and be part of a dynamic and committed team as an Events Associate , who is motivated to help customers achieve our shared goal of making healthcare better. You will be responsible for the calendar of events for your respective franchise. You will be managing the delivery of high quality in person and web-based meetings, events and conferences.

What you will do:

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders on requirements for each event

  • Collaborating and managing relationships with various key external stakeholders, including health care professionals, medical associations and societies, external suppliers and contractors including caterers, technical suppliers, venues and PCOs

  • Manage events end to end including venue sourcing and booking, invitations, ordering of audio-visual equipment, seating and space requirements, dietary requirements, ordering catering, onsite management and set up and pack down.

  • On-site delivery, post-event follow-up, event reporting, and analysis

  • Coordinate and report on the financial status of meetings and events including assisting with the development of event budgets, allocation of costs, processing of invoices and receipts and other tasks as required.

What you need:

  • Demonstrated skill and experience in event planning

  • Qualifications in event management or related field

  • Excellent time management and organisational skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering on established timelines.

  • Amazing communication - written and verbal .

  • Technical knowledge of webcasting platforms

  • Flexible work schedule, including working early mornings, nights and occasional weekends

  • Experience using Cvent would be advantageous
