Join Our Team as a Housekeeping Team Leader at Crowne Plaza Sydney Darling Harbour!

Position: Housekeeping Team Leader- Full Time Or Part Time position

Do you have an eye for detail and a passion for creating a spotless environment? Lead our housekeeping team to ensure our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and memorable stay.

What You'll Do:

  • Supervise & Support: Lead and motivate the housekeeping team to deliver top-notch cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

  • Quality Control: Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our high standards.

  • Training & Development: Train new team members and provide ongoing coaching to ensure excellence.

  • Inventory Management: Oversee housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.

  • Guest Interaction: Address guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.

What We Need From You:

  • Experience: Proven experience in housekeeping, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

  • Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Problem-Solving: Ability to address and resolve issues efficiently.

  • Flexibility: Ability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
