Our CBRE – ISPT Experience team host a variety of Customer Experience Activities

Manage onsite portfolio activations

Opportunities in Sydney | Melbourne

Your primary goal is to deliver exceptional & memorable experiences through supporting colleagues and their work. As an innovative and engaging individual, you will be integral member of our CBRE – ISPT team. Provide support to create an engaging and connected community by facilitating brand, communications, and event activity across the commercial precincts.

Here is a snapshot of your day:

  • Assist with the planning and set up of CX activities including events and activations

  • Assist with product and merchandise procurement for building communities

  • Support the administration of tenant partner communications including building signage and other digital channels

  • Coordinate site level wellbeing activities

  • Support collection of data for reporting on communications, events, wellbeing and engagement.

About you:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Intermediate level in core Microsoft packages – word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.

  • Customer service focus and performance outcome orientation with all colleagues and at all levels.

  • Experience in property, community, or marketing/hospitality related disciplines a bonus.

  • Tertiary qualification in marketing, property (or relevant trade courses) desired.
