Hilton Executive Lounge Attendant in Sydney, Australia

As an Executive Lounge Team Member in the Front Office Department, you are responsible for creating a memorable guest experience by providing service to our guests in a friendly and engaging manner. You are responsible for providing guest services including Food and Beverage service to our loyalty members and Hotel guests in the Executive Lounge. You will be relied on to provide a high level of customer service, ensure a smooth operation in the lounge, and create memorable guest experiences

What will I be doing?

  • Welcoming executive Guests on arrival and assist them during their stay dealing efficiently with enquiries and any complaints
  • Provide consistent service for all guests; provide recognition of regular guests, loyalty guests and VIPs to ensure brand and service commitments and genuine and authentic service delivery.
  • Accurately check-ins and check-out where required.
  • Ensuring that all Guest supplies and amenities are offered and replenished.
  • Demonstrate an extensive knowledge of external locations, attractions and landmarks in the vicinity.
  • Project a professional manner with an emphasis on hospitality and Guest service.
  • Provide a high standard of Food and Beverage at all Executive Lounge events.

What are we looking for?

  • A high level of interpersonal skills in both oral and written communication.
  • Time management.
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
  • Able to work on a rotating roster, both day and night shifts involving late starts and early finishes.
  • Ability to travel to and from the hotel at varying times.
  • Previous Front Office experience in the hotel, leisure or retail sector.
  • Calm, efficient and organised.
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills.
  • Valid NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate/card and must also maintain the card’s currency.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service.
  • Experience with a Guest / Property Management System such as ONQ is desired.
