AON Administration Support in Sydney, Australia

    What the day will look like

    As part of our Operations Team, this Administration Support role will assist senior stakeholders within our Risk Consulting division. This opportunity will see you providing all-round administrative support enabling the production of reports to meet our client requirements, working with the wider business unit to ensure business objectives are achieved efficiently.

    Role responsibilities will include –

  • Data entry of property (building and site improvement) information collected by Valuation Consultants from their on-site visits via data collection sheets

  • Clarifying accuracy of information with the valuers where data provided is unclear

  • Sending draft reports to Valuers to finalise

  • Assisting the Operations Team to deliver finalised reports for clients, where required

  • Drafting annual desk report updates for clients on a monthly basis

  • Supporting Valuation Consultants with other administrative tasks which could include on an ad hoc basis:

  • setting up inspections for clients on behalf of valuers

  • coordinating provision of site plans, building plans and fixed asset registers,

  • saving client information provided to the server

  • assisting with entering expenses or time recording

  • General administration or Personal Assistant experience

  • Proven experience with data entry

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Intermediate level MS Skills, particularly Excel and Word

  • Tech savvy individual who can pick up new systems quickly

  • Excellent time management skills as our deadlines are critical

  • Ability to prioritise and multitask

  • Team player

  • Proactive and enthusiastic personality

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
