Boehringer Ingelheim Business Administrator (12 Months Contract) in Sydney, AU, Australia

The Position

An exciting job opportunity is now open as a Business Administrator in our Animal Health business. This position is a 12-month contract, full-time role based in our head office in Sydney and will report directly to the Executive & AH Operations Team Lead.

The Business Administrator is responsible for providing support for areas and tasks that focus on the records management, compliance and to support the achievement of objectives and actions of the Animal Health business.

This role will be working collaboratively with the members of the administrative team and enabling functions to ensure the successful functioning of the Animal Health business.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Support the Business Segment Coordinator with compliance/administrative duties.

  • Administration lead as the LOS Administrator for Animal Health, overseeing training and reporting in the LOS system, and record proof of face-to-face training in the LOS system.

  • Maintain the BI Academy compliance training management (through LOS)

  • Manage the review of exclusive BIAH Policies and SOP’s, ensuring review dates, updating and sign off is adhered to by respective departments. Maintain a centralised repository and database (including Idea for Con) for all Animal Health Policies and SOP’s.

  • Manage documents (electronic and paper) in accordance with retention, legal and compliance protocols (including but not limited to contracts).

  • Loading of Animal Health Contracts into CorA and maintaining the framework in CorA.

  • Produce standardised and adhoc reports and circulate as required.

  • Assist with the coordination and preparation of presentations.

  • Provide support in the raising of Purchase Orders when necessary

Requirements

  • Degree/Diploma/Certificate in business administration or similar

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

  • Proficient in MS365 tools

  • Team and, Customer Service oriented

  • High energy and enthusiasm

  • Planned and organised with a continuous improvement mindset

  • High level of attention to detail

  • High level of data entry accuracy
