   Our minimum requirements include a valid driver's license with a 3-year, good driving record.  Excellent communication skills, high school diploma or its equivalent.  Candidates must be able to physically assist individuals, have a high energy level to support client activities, be able to persuade and redirect behavior.  Most importantly, *Per Diem Staff *must be available according to their prescheduled shift and willing to report to assigned residential programs within 2 hours of our contact.
