5.提升设备OEE和完好率，设备故障时间小于0.4%，改善设备平均故障时间和平均故障间隔时间

6.协助推进TPM和设备日常管理工作 参与分析和统计维修记录，提出预防性维修计划的建议

7.根据保养情况和维修情况，反馈设备问题，与主管一起讨论大修方案

8.做好设备维修交接班工作，保证沟通清楚高效 关注设备工艺能力的检查和确认，反馈机台工艺问题，保障设备工艺能力
