Who will you be working with?

You will be working with our system engineering team, who will lead the technique activities cross the whole project lifecycle. You will work with energetic colleagues to provide advanced, stable, and high-efficient system/ products to our customer.

How will you make a difference?

As a member of the system engineering group, you will be responsible for analyzing /capturing customer’s needs, providing system solution, supporting market to win, and

combining R&D resources to ensure project working smoothly.

What do we want to know about you?

• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering or material related field (college degree is acceptable for those with rich surface treatment experience);

• Familiar with common surface treatment process types, at least 3 years experience in surface treatment related work;

• Familiar with common surface treatment equipment, coating and solvent types and functions, familiar with the whole process of surface treatment process;

• Understand the types and causes of surface treatment defects, and be able to propose solutions;

• Familiar with surface treatment related test standards, inspection standards and other industry standards;

• Proficient in Office software, capable of document editing, able to use 2D and 3D software.

What will your typical day look like?

• Analyze the customer's surface treatment standards and requirements, extract key content, and sort out our company's surface treatment requirements;

• Select the surface treatment process and related materials of the product;

• Cooperate with purchasing department to select suitable surface treatment suppliers, and complete process audit, technical guidance, etc.;

• Complete the test work of sample or prototype surface treatment, analyze and summarize the test results, and complete relevant reports;

• Cooperate with the quality department on the internal surface treatment of the treatment plant, and make relevant inspection and acceptance standards;

• Other tasks within the Working Group.
