Your role:
Arrange and coordinate internal & external events refer to aligned budget
Support internal meeting and take meeting minutes to support SSD Zone Leaders achieve performance management
EHS related support refer to ISO45001 requirement
Logistic related coordinate (Tools/PPE/Documents etc)
Some routine operation on supporting
Project follow up by request and be able to handle operation project independently
Key contact window to bridge 1st line staffs and other related Dept to improve daily operation
Support SSD Recognition policy deployment (spot award/annual award/project award)

You're the right fit if:
Bachelor degree required. Master degree in business or engineering preferred.
1-3 years of work experience in operation administration position
Proficient in MS office software.
Good understanding of customer service operation procedure.
