Responsibilities

• Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring it meets user needs and aligns with business goals. Drive product innovation through market research, competitor analysis, and collaboration with key stakeholders.

• Oversee end-to-end product development, working cross-functionally to deliver AI-driven solutions with a strong focus on user experience and high-quality execution. Develop and refine user personas, stories, and wireframes to guide design.

• Foster partnerships and customer engagement to co-create solutions, ensuring continuous product improvement through data analysis and feedback loops. Experiment with creative product ideas that balance practicality with innovation.

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years working experience, Deep passion for building user-centered products, with the ability to think strategically while maintaining a strong attention to detail.

• Proven experience in internet product management, especially in AI-related products, combined with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to lead projects autonomously.

• Excellent analytical and creative skills, able to translate market insights into actionable product strategies. Experience in international markets like Southeast Asia or Japan is a plus.

• Strong English and Chinese communication skills, especially in drafting clear documentation and presentations.

• Technical background in big data, AI, XR, Web3, or gaming is a plus, along with a keen interest in art, design, and interaction aesthetics.

• Strong focus on delivering exceptional user experiences, always seeking opportunities for improvement.
