About the role

Role Purpose:

  • To align external manufacturing strategy and plan with leadership team and cascade to with implementation team.

  • To perform process technical development to achieve strategic imperatives and improve cost effectiveness.

  • Responsible for improvement of processes from copacker sites.

Leads and responsible for manufacturing and cleaning validation activities that relate to formulation across copacker sites.

Your responsibilities

Scope:

  • All activities related to process development in copacker sites, documentation, trials, validation.

  • Responsible for process improvement/Cost saving and Souring Change at copacker sites.

  • Lead the problem solving relating the process of manufacturing and ensure the technical solution in place for copacker sites.

  • Supporting copacker site on related Quality Audits and other quality support require.

Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with project team (Category R&D, Quality, EMO team, copackers…), to lead and set up the strategy of related validation activities in copacker sites.

  • Participate in onsite audit for new copacker and provide pertinent evaluation from technical perspective.

  • Work closely with copackers and EMO project team to initiate and implement process improvement to gain better cost, stable quality, and excellent customer service.

  • Co-work with project team to ensure technical resource are committed to meet key milestones and are aligned with business priorities.

  • Ensure technical support are committed to Reckitt supply team when there is possibility to transfer production from copacker to in house.

The experience we're looking for

Professional qualifications required:

  • Knowledge in manufacturing technology, including pharmaceutical, FMCG business or proof of potential

  • Drive and commitment to business, result oriented

  • Project management skills, and ability to deal with multi tasks at the same time

  • Broad commercial awareness

  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office products including Project
