Job title:

Operational Excellence & PMO Lead

Your role:

• Support GBS Suzhou Hub Leader as PMO.

• Support GBS Suzhou Hub Leader and Function Lead to achieve business/operation objectives and goals.

• Align with other GBS Hub and drive operational excellence certification of POEM.

• Responsible for hub productivity/saving target and promote/drive Philips and excellence culture by lean/CI certification in the hub.

• Deploy and adopt excellence and transformation tools to accomplish business objectives.

• Improve competency of activating excellence and improvement initiatives and activities.

You're the right fit if:

• Bachelor degree preferably in a related field

• At least 10 years’ experience in managing projects at all levels (> 8 years)

• Solid Lean/Sig Sigma skill with strong experiences for Daily Management and Problem Solving.

• Cross-functional experience mainly with operational processes: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service.
