In the Advanced Operations (AO) team, we develop manufacturing processes for medical products of the future. As an interface between product development and production, we form strong teams with our development partners in Selzach, Ireland and the USA as well as with various internal and external manufacturing areas. In doing so, we develop innovative manufacturing processes and coordinate process development for our new products.

Your key responsibilities

As Engineering administrative support Engineer, you support the engineers of the team in the Design Transfer process by planning and following up the prototypes/V&V parts and by setting up software systems/create documents with the information provided.

· Plan and follow up of the prototypes/V&V runs needed during the design transfer

· Support AO team with the set up of the ERP system and other systems (Inspection, etc.)

· Responsible for the placement and follow up of all the Purchase Orders of the AO department

· Support Project Managers and Project Engineers on the creation of design transfer documentation

· Support Project Engineers on the creation of validation documentation

· Ensure adherence to GMP and safety procedures.

· All other duties as assigned.

· Duties might be enlarged to the global AO team (and not only Selzach)

What we are looking for

· High level knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials

· Excellent PC skills (MS Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Project).

· Experience with ERP systems

· Experience as a Production Planner

· Fluent in English and German both verbal and written

· Strong interpersonal skills

· Strong communication skills

· Ability to work successfully in a team-based environment that heavily emphasizes quality, performance, and accountability

· Rigorous Attention to Detail
