Assistant Operation Manager FCO

Your role:

This is a BG level role either located within a local GBS Hub and primarily responsible for assuring the creation and maintenance of all FCO Headers within the service system, throughout the duration of each FCO. This role will perform manage a team responsible for the following activities:

• Creating the FCO Header in service system

• Creating the UAL Lines and CAL Lines on the FCO Header in system for new and revised UALs.

• Ensuring the FCO Header within system has all Norms and Parts information loaded.

• Loading all FCO related Knowledge is loaded into Knowledge Management System.

• Creation of FCO Kit Bill of Material in system.

• Maintaining the lifecycle changes of the FCO on the FCO Header.

• Monitoring FCO process and drive completion to achieve quality requirement

• Keep smooth communication with quality and service team.

You're the right fit if:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.

• Experience: More than 5 years of experience in customer service field, medical industry preferred.

• Service and customer orientation innovated Mindset.

• Experience executing process improvement projects with cross functional groups
