Our Clinical Operations team within the PPD clinical research business of Thermo Fisher Scientific in the Republic of Georgia, is hiring on full-time permanent position:

Discover Impactful Work:

As a Site Contract Specialist II, you will work with and assist the department in the completion and execution of contracts with clients, consultants, independent contractors, internal entities and all other relevant "Agreements." You will perform administrative duties, including signature processing for the department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Drafts, reviews, negotiates and finalizes agreements with study sites in accordance with local/accepted process.

• Negotiates within approved parameters both investigator grant budget negotiation parameters, contractual terms and conditions in accordance with Company contractual considerations, client contractual considerations, established process with sites and follows established escalation routes.

• Ensures compliance to established negotiation parameters, authority approval, contractual process and client expectations.

• Ensures compliance of budgetary guidance, templates and process.

• Identifies and assesses legal, financial and operational risks in accordance with company and client contractual considerations, and escalates to appropriate level of the organization per established processes.

Education:

  • High / Secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification

Experience:

  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 3+ years) or equivalent combination of education, training, & experience.

Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail with proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and effectively

  • Flexibility and judgment required to reprioritize workload to meet changing project timelines

  • Ability to apply knowledge of and adhere to all PPD and client SOPs, WPDs and other regulations in all aspects of project implementation, execution and closeout

  • Excellent English and grammar skills

  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel

  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
