Job Description

An Insight Global client is looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst/Tech Writer to join their team as they work on building out ITSM in their SNOW environment. This resource will be working alongside the ServiceNow team and the selected SI partner to collect requirements and business processes for the SNOW ITSM implementation project.

Pay Rate for this role can be between 40-80/hr.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of ServiceNow Tech Writing experience

o Strong experience within the ITSM solution.

o Prior involvement with a ServiceNow implementation.

 Bachelors degree. Certifications within ServiceNow Business Analyst or Tech Writing. null
