Quad is seeking a Summer Seasonal employee in the Facilities Department at our Sussex, Wisconsin plant. As part of the Grounds Crew, you will maintain the lawns, gardens, plantings and grounds to keep the outdoor areas clean, well-groomed and attractive for our employees, clients and visitors.

This seasonal position has diverse responsibilities which may include, but are not limited to:

• Lawns: mow, trim, edge

• Put down mulch.

• Prepare, plant and maintain flowerbeds.

• Install and maintain trees and shrubs.

• Pick up litter and empty waste receptacle.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8-hour days. Weekends if needed.

Typical length of season is May-August, however there is opportunity to start earlier and end later.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• This position requires the ability to lift, carry, and/or transport up to 15 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation.

• Bend, stoop, kneel, crawl, walk and stand for prolonged periods of time.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Valid driver license.

• 18 years of age or older
