Quad Analyst in Sussex, Wisconsin

The Analyst is a perpetually Client-facing role while also managing and leading projects in day-to-day service of the Client. The Analyst is seasoned in maintaining positive client relations and has accountability for ensuring work performed is accurate and timely.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for internal and external project management to ensure projects assigned are executed effectively and efficiently, including but not limit to:

  • Assist with developing estimates for audience services

  • Writing SOWs

  • Ensuring proper client acceptance of SOWs

  • Write specs, create, manage Workfront projects

  • Build and maintain client relationships with mid-level management

  • Manage all specifications necessary for internal and external billing

  • Track hours and profitability of projects assigned to you

  • Articulate the business questions under consideration and how the analytic approach will address those questions.

  • Understands the source, accuracy, and meaning of data elements included in analyses they are managing.

  • Exhibits healthy skepticism for the form and function of each selection and analysis.

  • With direction, determine meaningful insights by applying the appropriate marketing metrics leveraging response reporting.

  • Develop long-term client partnerships that results in a mutually beneficial, growth-oriented business and working relationship.

  • Manage multiple channel projects from beginning to end.

  • Evaluate and monitor the quality and performance of all analytic services provided to the Client(s) by Quad

  • Assist with the development of presentations for clients, including QBRs, RFPs and proposals.

  • Ensure client is satisfied with performance of our analytic services.

  • Act proactively to manage the business effectively.

  • Keep management informed regularly of events/issues that could impact client relationship.

  • Work with others to think strategically and tactically to meet client needs, to improve current services.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Appropriate education and/or experience may be substituted on an equivalent basis

Education: Bachelor’s degree in advertising, communication, marketing or related field required.

Experience: Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience including: retail marketing, corporate marketing and/or advertising agency.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Understanding of marketing strategy, creative, analytics, print production, media and digital.

  • Knowledge of customer services, sales, project management, operations, account service/sales management, best practices to communicate and implement.

  • Ability to handle many issues, items, and functions at one time and deal rapidly with multiple items in prioritized sequence.

  • Knows how to seek help or relief when workload is too high or deadlines are infeasible

  • An analytical approach to problem solving.

  • Ability to act on own initiative.

  • Ability to relate to and develop relationships with Client’s management.

  • Inspire a spirit of teamwork and cooperation within the Analytics team and cross other teams

  • Set and prioritize goals and achieve them as scheduled.

  • Ability to understand and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to clients and management.

  • Willingness to take direction from superiors and seek suggestions from peers.

  • Ability to work with a team to think strategically and act tactically in order to align Quad's services with customer needs.

  • Demonstrate willingness to work together with peers and other Quad departments to improve quality and performance.

  • Experience with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and Outlook.

  • Travel as required, temporary assignments (out-of-town).

  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Occasionally raises hand to organize team meetings, activities, or just time to chat over lunch.
