What does a successful Talent Acquisition associate do at Fiserv?

Hey there, Adventurer! Welcome to the TA team, where we embark on epic quests to uncover and recruit extraordinary talent. You’ll support a BU recognized as the world’s largest acquirer, processing over $4 trillion in gross payment volume annually (that’s trillion with a 'T'!). Important info: This role is fully on-site for the first 90 days. Then Monday through Thursday after that (Fridays can be optional).

What you will do:

  • Full Life Cycle: Influence every stage - from req intake to sourcing, qualifying, and closing candidates.

  • Roles: Recruit for Engineering, Product and Design positions.

  • Req Load:Comfortably juggle 25-30 reqs at once.

  • Stakeholder Mgmt: Be the trusted talent advisor, align stakeholders, foster engagement, and implement best practices.

  • Client Experience: Deliver top-notch service, communicate promptly, promote transparency, and offer consultative advice.

  • Harnessing the Power of Data: Drive impactful outcomes through insights. Compile comprehensive recruitment data, provide regular reports, and empower data-driven decision-making.

  • Sourcing Prowess: Leverage various platforms to attract top-tier candidates, ensuring a strong pipeline for diversity and quality.

  • Employer Branding: Promote our culture and values thru engaging job announcements, social media, and daily interactions.Be the storyteller of our brand.

  • Continuous Improvement: Refine TA strategies and processes using feedback and data.

What you will need to have:

  • 6-10 years of a combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.

  • Proven experience in recruiting technology talent.You know your Java from your JavaScript.

  • Strong business acumen and solid understanding of various tech stacks.

  • Ability to navigate systems like O365, Teams, Slack, Workday, Gsuite, Jira, PowerBI, Confluence, SharePoint, and numerous sourcing tools.Being tech-savvy is key.

What would be great to have:

  • Previous agency and corporate experience.This gives you an edge sharper than a ninja’s blade.

  • Workday HCM and Recruiting modules.

  • Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn, Indeed, GEM, GoodTime, etc.

Salary Range

$96,200.00 - $164,900.00

These pay ranges apply to employees in New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
