Staff Product Manager-Personalized Activations is responsible for defining the strategy and execution of our personalization roadmap to drive key metrics around enabling personalized experiences across the customer journey. This role will be responsible for collaborating cross functionally with Data science, Analytics and Business team to surface the most relevant recommendations to the customers based on their intent and their shopping journey.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a personalization strategy that aligns with our business goals and enhances the customer experience.

  • Drive a data-driven approach to personalization and item recommendation by working closely with data scientists and analytics to identify key metrics and build experiences that deliver personalized contents across different touchpoints in the customer journey.

  • Continuously test and optimize the products to improve engagement, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction, using A/B testing, multivariate testing, and other experimentation techniques.

  • Leverage data insights to inform product decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, analytics, engineering, and other cross-functional product teams to develop product initiatives that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

  • Communicate product vision, strategy, and performance to stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership, and ensure alignment on product priorities and goals.

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to personalization and item recommendation and ensure our product strategy remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on personalization and item recommendation in e-commerce.

  • Strong understanding of machine learning and data science principles and experience working with data scientists on AI driven products.

  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.

  • Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00-$286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products, We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of accessibility best practices and join us as we continue to create accessible products and services following Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture.
