This role will be based in Sunnyvale or San Francisco.

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Employer Brand team in our talent marketplace. This SPM will help hirers communicate their unique employer value prop to prospective candidates across our job seeker experience.

Our Employer Brand business is a fast growing part of our broader talent marketplace – the product portfolio includes top of funnel ad units, products for customers to communicate their workplace culture and values, and the ability for customers to build a talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Empathize with problems job seekers and hirers face, and identify the highest impact problems to be solved

  • Make data-driven decisions on how best to solve customer challenges by pulling and analyzing data from multiple sources

  • Build user experiences and interfaces that are valuable, simple and intuitive to job seekers and customers

  • Drive product strategy, planning, and detailed product requirements to solve these problems and create value for customers

  • Partner with GTM teams to ensure product value is communicated to customers and realized through thoughtful packaging, pricing, and sales enablement

  • Generate buy-in and excitement with key stakeholders and executives across LinkedIn

  • Contribute toward a team culture focused on high velocity decision making, deep care, and learning

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or equivalent role

  • BS/BA Degree in a technology-related field OR equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • MS degree in a technology-related field

  • Strong analytical skills and comfort making data-driven decisions

  • Strong skills in UX / User Experience

  • Experience working in ad tech or enterprise SaaS

  • Experience working with Generative AI

  • Ability to collaborate and lead across multiple partner teams with strong systems thinking

_LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. _

_The pay range for this role is $146,000 to $238,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. _
