Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 1 year of experience in program or project management.

• Experience in data center operations and rack deployment.

• Experience with data analytics (e.g., SAP, SQL, dashboards).

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects..

• Experience in working with cross-team (e.g., global, multicultural, and organizational).

• Ability to work in a technical environment.

In this role, you will be accountable for ensuring on time completion rack deployment tasks at data centers globally. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $105,000-$151,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. • Communicate build forecasts to global data centers.

• Coordinate with data center personnel to ensure deployment of racks within Service Level Objective (SLO) for all builds, removing blockers and helping sites prioritize work.

• Learn and understand all deployment program tactical systems and processes. Improve and sustain projects as necessary.

• Work with site leaders, site teams, and cross-functional teams to identify gaps, make improvement recommendations, lead/encourage/support change, and establish relationships.

• Analyze and communicate data center deployment performance and opportunities to executive leadership.
