We are offering an opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager to join our team in Sunny Isles, Florida. As a key part of our team, you will be instrumental in overseeing all aspects of human resource management within the organization. This role is integral to our team as it involves developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, and coordinating training and development programs. Individuals with previous experience with setting up an HR department or coming from a start up company in the past is preferred. Our organization has been in business for over 15 years, however we are looking to revamp our processes. We are a family owned business in the midst of a strong growth period.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Manage all aspects of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

• Coordinate and conduct employee training and development programs.

• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.

• Maintain accurate employee records and files.

• Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.

• Administer employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

• Collaborate with executives to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.

• Manage administrative needs such as maintaining an efficient office environment, organizing files, managing office supplies, ensuring equipment is in working order, and coordinating with IT support as needed.

• Manage the facility, ensuring the office space is well-maintained, coordinating repairs and maintenance, and managing relationships with vendors and service providers.

Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR Manager role.

• Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now.

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Ceridian.

• Knowledge of HCM and Benefit Functions.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Demonstrated experience in compliance and employee relations.

• Proficiency in managing hiring processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.

• Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM) is preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

• Knowledge of HR laws and regulations.

• Ability to analyze data and provide recommendations.
