Full Time Position
On site in Sun Valley, CA
Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Compensation Range: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer - Estimator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for determining the scope of work that the quote is requesting in the proposal.
Job Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in manufacturing environment (aerospace preferred)
High level of attention to detail
Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
Proficient with learning new software (i.e., experience in EPICOR preferred)
Software (i.e., Microsoft Office Suite)
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Daily Responsibilities: (will include but not be limited to)
Collect and set up requests for quote information in company ERP system
Working with engineering, production control, and sales to build up cost, pricing, and lead time estimates to provide quotes
Process changes to purchase orders (i.e. engineering change orders) and update system with new information
Update set up instructions
Complete assorted compliance forms
Perform other duties as assigned
