Robert Half Administrative Coordinator in Sun Valley, California

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Coordinator role based in Sun Valley, California. This role is pivotal in managing the sales order processes and handling customer-related administrative functions in our team. You will report directly to the Director of Finance and Administration and collaborate with various departments to accomplish daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Handle the sales order process which includes obtaining customers' purchase orders and entering orders digitally into our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system.

• Maintain up-to-date customer account information and ensure top-notch customer service.

• Coordinate with our Operations, Sales, and Shipping departments to guarantee accuracy and timeliness of sales orders and acknowledgments.

• Collaborate with Finance and sales personnel to ensure customer records are accurately maintained in the ERP system.

• Answer incoming calls and make suitable transfers.

• Learn and adapt to technical software products.

• Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to enhance the efficiency of administrative tasks.

• Employ Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word, for daily operations.

• Exhibit professional and patient attitude in all customer interactions. Requirements • Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites including Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word

• Strong skills in Data Entry and Correspondence

• Exceptional Customer Service abilities

• Familiarity with Management Systems

• Knowledge and experience with About Time software

• Experience with C-Suite level support

• Proficiency in SAP and Sage Software

• Ability to create and edit PDF documents

• Proficiency in creating Powerpoint Presentations

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
