Job Title: Portfolio Analyst

Location: Summit, NJ/ Hybrid

Type: Contract

Overview

Leading pharmaceutical company looking for an experienced Portfolio Analyst. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar. Preferably with 3-4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the BPM Portfolio Manager to organize, manage and communicate the CTDO BPM Portfolio

  • Support the intake & triage stage of the BPM PPM process

  • Verify all necessary information is captured for each item within the portfolio as part of intake before it proceeds to the next stage of the BPM PPM process

  • Create and maintain portfolio dashboards and reports as needed

  • Manage stakeholder / user permissions and appropriate levels of access to project portfolio data, dashboards and reports

  • Architect and administer Portfolio workspace in Smartsheet or similar tool

  • Administer BPM SharePoint and MS Teams including permissions and site content update

  • Support and co-facilitate key meetings with the BPM Portfolio Manager

  • Work cross-functionally, including with IT and various process domains to support Cell Therapy

    Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Information Systems, Business, Engineering or similar.

  • 3-4 years of experience in supply chain or manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical industry preferred).

  • Experience in project and/or portfolio management processes

  • Experience with delivery of small to medium sized projects

  • Experience in metrics and / or data reporting

  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong follow up skills

  • Ability to demonstrate success in managing multiple tasks to specific deadlines

  • Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Knowledge of personal computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite, SmartSheet, etc.

  • Experience in Data Analytical tools such as Tableau creation and reporting, Power BI
