We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM Solution, a project supporting the U.S. Census Bureau's outreach and engagement efforts. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing Salesforce CRM implementations and IT projects within the Federal Government. The Project Manager will ensure timely delivery, adherence to federal guidelines, and management of all project resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the end-to-end delivery of the 2026 Census Test Partnership CRM, ensuring the solution supports key outreach and engagement efforts.

• Lead the project through Agile development cycles, managing sprints, roadmaps, and user stories to deliver functionality iteratively.

• Coordinate with internal Census Bureau stakeholders and external partners to ensure system integration with tools such as MOJO and the Census Bureau’s data systems.

• Ensure the CRM system supports both internal and external users, providing dashboards, event tracking, and community partner management.

• Manage the program budget, timeline, and resources, ensuring the project stays within the contract ceiling and meets the required milestones.

• Ensure compliance with key deliverables such as the development plan, solution implementation roadmap, and system readiness testing.

• Collaborate with teams to manage risk, mitigate issues, and provide contingency planning for emergency situations or technical challenges.

• Drive user acceptance testing (UAT), production readiness reviews, and oversee the system's Authority to Operate (ATO) process.

This position is offering a pay range of $170,000 - $215,000 depending on experience, seniority, geographic locations, and factors permitted by law. Qualifications :

• 8+ years of experience in program management of Salesforce CRM solutions and IT projects for the Federal Government.

• Demonstrated experience managing program teams of at least 30 personnel.

• Experience with program management tools

• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management and project reporting.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (preferred).
