We are looking to add a full-time Service Advisor to our growing Service Department! In this position, you will communicate with our technicians to make recommendations for maintenance programs that meet the customer’s needs in an efficient and friendly manner.

Requirements:

• Previous sales or customer service experience.

• Prior Service writing experience or Chrysler knowledge a plus.

• Active listening skills to assess needs and relate technical information back to the customer.

• Basic computer skills. Experience with CDK is a plus!

• General car knowledge beneficial.
