Job purpose

Responsible for managing the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy of team

Duties and responsibilities

• Manage the registering invoices, payments, down payments, debit / credit notes, other financial documents following the compliance, internal control, legislation and SLA (Service Level Agreement)

• Coordinate accounting tasks involved in maintaining various accounting and financial records and extensively monitoring and processing related data.

• Ensure the finance daily operation running smooth and meet within timeline.

• Reconcile accounts payable related ledger and analyze expenses fluctuations.

• Verify and approve payments proposal.

• Analyze and prepare commentary for financial report to management and external auditors.

• Monitor staff job performance and attendance.

• Working on issues identified by the department such as overdue aging.

• Liaise with stakeholders.

• Verify and set up (if necessary) procedures and standardization finance routines, ensuring correct reconciliation, identifying and regularizing the financial accounting.

• Coordination of new projects on financial operations department, supporting the internal and external stakeholders

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting with minimum 5 years or more in PTP relevant experiences or full

• Solid work expertise in Accounts payable and Accounting process

• At least 5 years in SAP experience.

• MNC share service exposure is preferable.

• Good communication skills in written and spoken in Mandarin & English

• Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)

• Knowledge in tools and methodologies for process operations, methods, procedures, control and monitoring

• Project management skills will be value added.

• Personality with responsible, tactful, good in communication and problem solving skills.

• Able to work under pressure during month end closed and ad-hoc support as and when required.

• Familiar with accounting system SAP
