JOB REQUIREMENTS: The Product Performance and Quality (PPQ) team\'s objective is the continuous improvement of the quality of our products. This internship will present stimulating challenges where you will get to make observations and identify trends related to emerging network problems on our different product lines. YOU\'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO: Monitor claims and the evolution of certain issues in the network Callback parts from dealers Prepare necessary documents to have parts returned (part call tag) Analyze parts returned from the field Gather and synthesizing available information in order to identify problems that may affect customer satisfaction with our products YOU\'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND COMPETENCIES: Required: Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program Proficient computer skills with the ability to navigate different systems Ability to communicate and present ideas clearly Preferred: Possess teamwork skills and have a positive attitude Ability to solve problems Planning and organizational skills Do you have other qualifications?
