Job Duties and Responsibilities: Training provided Ability to operate various pieces of heavy equipment, accurately, efficiently and safely. Clean up around plant and surrounding area. Lubricate and perform general maintenance on the equipment. Ability to follow directions. Actively participate in weekly safety meetings (Tool Box Talks) Display a professional and courteous attitude to co-workers, supervisors, and the general public at all times. Must be willing to travel and work away from home when required. Must be willing to work nights and weekends when necessary. Report to the assigned job site in proper work attire ready to begin work at the designated start time. Strict adherence to all Safety Practices & Procedures. Strict adherence to all company policies and procedures as outlined in the book of company policies. Willingness to work in a team environment and assist co-workers or supervisors with other duties as required.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Previous experience operating or working around heavy equipment.

Job Requirements Valid driver's license and clean driving record The ability to pass a pre-employment screening and testing

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to hear and speak effectively to customers or employees of organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs. Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form is required to complete tasks in an efficient and safe manner. Vision abilities required by this job include color, close, and distance vision, as well as peripheral, depth, and focus perception vision. Work can be performed at heights, requiring the employee to climb and balance in ladders, scaffolds and stair towers, often with narrow steps and passageways. This position requires walking, standing, sitting, bending, twisting, sitting, stooping, kneeling, crawling, crouching, and lifting. Regularly required to sit and/or stand during a work shift of at least eight hours per day, on uneven surfaces, including natural ground and slopes in varying weather conditions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Must be able to carry, lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs without assistance Ability to operate equipment under extreme temperatures and for extended hours. Must be able to work
