Education, Training and Experience Bachelor's degree in related field or four (4) plus years relevant experience IT and Operations industry experience desired Duties and Responsibilities * Maintain operations documentation and procedures * Oversee all incoming requests to Operations daily and ensures each request is assigned and completed within expectations * Maintain a working knowledge system platforms and hardware configurations * Managing the system incidents and following defined escalation procedures * Assist Shift Supervisors and System Operators with day-to-day tasks * Interface with Lottery regarding software change requests and problem reports * Interface with software developers regarding software change requests, software specifications, and problem reports Employment Eligibility Verification Must possess valid documentation to establish identity and U.S. employment eligibility.
