Coordinator, Sales (Timberland Americas)

What will you do?

A day in the life of a Sales Coordinator at Timberland looks a little like this.

You will be a trusted member of our Americas Sales Team, reporting to the Director, Sales – US & Canada. You’ll own end-to-end support and ownership of the Go-To-Market calendar and process covering multiple seasons at a time. You will be the main point of contact between sales and internal teams (Merchandising, Operations, Marketing) to streamline communication process and quickly action against needs.

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more.

  • Development of seasonal sell-in tools ensuring accuracy and usability for key stakeholders (sales and customers)

  • Manage samples between sales team, customers and internal teams (ordering, shipping, tracking, etc.)

  • Identify challenges and opportunities within current GTM process and work with internal teams to optimize for current and future seasons

  • Facilitate arrangement of key meetings (Sales Meetings, Key Account Meetings, etc) to ensure best possible execution against key priorities

  • Coordinate PowerPoint presentations for Key Meetings by updating, sharing and editing as directed by management

  • Support seasonal tradeshow process in partnership with marketing (scheduling, samples, logistics)

  • Help manage seasonal high volume special projects that require added support from internal and external teams

  • Maintain updated account records providing updates to key stakeholders as directed

What do you need to succeed?

Additionally, while formal education in a related field is great to have, we are most interested in your 2+ years of experience and professional achievements

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Base computer skills, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

  • Problem-solving skills such as

  • Resolving issues that are differing but related

  • Issuing required sophisticated analytical or problem-solving techniques to identify the cause

  • Devising solutions based on limited information and using past experience or precedent to identify solutions or to adapt existing approaches to resolving issues

  • Using evaluation, judgment, and interpretation to select the right course of action, which may impact the longer term

  • Anticipating future issues

Hiring Range :

$51,200.00 USD - $64,000.00 USD annually

Incentive Potential : This position is eligible for additional compensation awards that may include an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details of the additional compensation eligibility for this position will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
