Description

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team in the Stockton area. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your duties include offering administrative support across the organization, welcoming guests and greeting people who visit the business, as well as coordinating front-desk activities.

Responsibilities:

• Direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries to the appropriate departments.

• Oversee the reception area to ensure it is tidy, organized, and inviting.

• Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.

• Provide necessary assistance and information to visitors and staff.

• Carry out administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and preparing documents.

• Handle additional tasks assigned by management to assist the office.

• Administer the employee “call-off” line and inform leaders of employee absences.

• Assist in ordering customer refreshments and maintaining the main conference room.

• Participate in ordering office stationery and other related items when required.

• Welcome visitors in a detail-oriented manner and manage airport gate access.

• Maintain a visitor log, issue visitor badges, and verify identification before granting access.

• Communicate any suspicious activity or security concerns with security personnel.

• Monitor security cameras and report any anomalies to the relevant personnel.

• Deliver the Safety and FOD Awareness package to contractors and visitors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a receptionist or in a similar role within the Aerospace industry.

• Proficient in answering and managing a multi-line phone system.

• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on professionalism and a positive attitude.

• Demonstrable experience with data entry tasks and the ability to maintain accuracy.

• Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with various levels of management and staff.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word is required.

• Experience in organizing files and maintaining an organized workspace.

• Able to schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars effectively.
