Description We are based in Stockton, California, and we're offering a unique opportunity for an HR Recruiter. This role primarily involves sourcing potential candidates for various positions in a fast-paced, high-volume industrial environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for finding suitable candidates for warehouse associate and equipment operator roles, among others.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various channels such as websites and social media to source candidates for industrial jobs.

• Engage in conversations with potential candidates to assess their suitability.

• Collaborate with managers to understand their specific needs for new employees.

• Maintain a pool of potential candidates who could fill various job roles.

• Coordinate the scheduling of interviews between job candidates and managers.

• Assist with job offer processes, including discussions about pay and benefits.

• Ensure a positive experience for all parties involved in the hiring process.

• Utilize skills in ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Careerbuilder, Kronos Timekeeping System, Microsoft Excel, About Time, Background Checks, Benefit Functions, Documentation, and Hiring Processes.

• Adapt and respond quickly to changing focus and tasks.

• Travel occasionally for job fairs and meetings. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a HR Recruiter role or similar HR roles

• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services and ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiar with Kronos Timekeeping System and Microsoft Excel

• Previous experience with About Time software

• Experience conducting Background Checks

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions

• Proficient in Documentation processes

• Experience with Hiring Processes

• Familiarity with Careerbuilder platform

• Ability to adhere to all non-discriminatory hiring practices and language

• Must be legally eligible to work in the country of employment.
