What you’ll do:

As Key Account Manager you will be responsible for developing Eaton’s market share in the Nordic electrical utility market, covering Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, and the Baltics. This role involves identifying and pursuing new opportunities for Eaton’s product portfolio within this segment. Record and manage business prospects, contracts, and developmental endeavors within the company’s CRM system. Formulating strategic regional plans to achieve sales targets and strategic goals is a key part of this role.

  • Map stakeholders and expand relationships with existing customers and partners.

  • Record and manage business prospects, contracts, and developmental endeavors within the company’s CRM system.

  • Formulate strategic regional plans to hit sales targets and strategic goals.

  • Ensures goal achievement in the own area of responsibility (sales revenue, profitability, growth initiatives and other critical business metrics)

  • Manages his/her own book of business by executing systematic management cadence including but not limited to following activities:

  • Sales funnel management

  • Organizes seminar and webinars

  • Performs digital sales activities

  • Customer management through systematic execution of account planning & plan execution

  • Acts as a role model for good sales performance by active funnel management, quoting and closing.

  • Practices front line, “hands on”, personal sales work on daily basis.

  • Proactively reports progress and possible deviation from the target to his manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master degree in electrical engineering or related field of study.

  • Extensive of commercial experience working with TIER 1 customers/key account management.

  • Relevant market knowledge in country or region specific utility segment

  • Awareness of electrical components, medium/ to high voltage, energy providers, switchgears, transformers, grid management domain

  • Cooperative team player, customer oriented, target driven and adaptable personality.

  • Business fluency in English language, Danish or Swedish is required as well.

  • Flexibility with traveling within Nordics region.
